Everything You Need to Know for a Smooth Start
Your journey begins with an initial evaluation, where you’ll meet our team, learn about orthodontics, and receive a thorough exam to determine the best treatment options for you. Afterward, we’ll schedule a diagnostic appointment to gather x-rays, photographs, and molds of your teeth to develop your custom treatment plan. Throughout your treatment, regular visits every four to eight weeks are essential, and we’ll work with you to ensure appointment scheduling is as convenient as possible.
Financial Information
Everyone deserves a confident smile! Treatment costs vary based on your individual plan, and our team will walk you through every detail — from pricing to payment plans — so there are no surprises. We accept all major credit cards and most insurance plans, and we’re happy to assist with claims and paperwork!
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that unexpected things happen, and we allow up to two missed appointments as a courtesy. Additional missed or late-canceled appointments may incur a fee.
